Refund Policy

With the exception of the circumstance described below, our policy does not include any refunds as you would have agreed to the Terms and Conditions stating that all judges’ decision is final, and money paid is purely an entry fee and is not an exchange for any good or services.

The only circumstances where a refund of the entry fee is within your right is if the competition is closed and there are not enough entries to reach the first tier of prizes, or if there is a provision within the law that overrides the Terms and Conditions that provides it. In such a scenario, the Promoter will notify you to confirm the refund via the credit card originally used to pay for the competition entry.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company (if a refund was processed via the original payment method). Note that credit card refunds may take some time before your refund is officially posted back to your credit card. Should there be an agreement on another refund method, it will be your responsibility to convey the correct refund details to the Promoter. Note that the Promoter will not take any responsibility for missing or lost funds should you convey the incorrect refund details.
